The law firm of McClosky, D'Anna  &  Dieterle, LLP is a five attorney firm which handles a variety of matters including complex commercial and real estate litigation, commercial and residential foreclosures, labor and employment matters, family law, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leasing matters and condominium and homeowner matters.

From its office, the Firm actively litigates matters throughout the state of Florida.  Attorneys in the Firm also maintain bar memberships in the states of Texas and California.  Firm members' federal court admissions include many of the United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal throughout the states in which the Firm members have active, current Bar affiliations, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Firm Clientele.  Our representation has included and currently includes  banking institutions, insurance companies, governmental agencies, county and city entities, numerous condominium and homeowners associations, large and small corporations, sole proprietorships, partnerships and individuals. Corporate Representation. The Firm's corporate clientele includes and has included NEC Electronics, Inc., Time Warner Cable of New York City, a division of Time Warner Entertain­ment Company, L.P., Lincoln Property Company, MetLife Capital Credit Corporation, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, National Seating Company, Sequa Corporation, Pettibone Corporation, Gametime, Inc., Snelling & Snelling, Inc., Rolex Watch, U.S.A., Inc., I.C.E. Marketing Corporation, Airparts Company, Inc. and Cosmebel Sprl. Co. of Belgium.  A substantial number of smaller local corporations have retained the Firm to represent their interests in the southeast Florida area.

Banking Institutions and Savings & Loan Associa­tions. The Firm has served as counsel for LaSalle National Bank of Chicago (ABN AMRO), North American and has also served as general counsel for Bay Financial Savings Bank located in Tampa.  Further, the Firm served as counsel for the J.E. Robert Companies and Archon Group, L.P.  The Firm was also approved counsel for the FSLIC, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") and for the now dissolved Resolution Trust Corporation ("RTC").  In connection with its approval by these entities, the Firm has represented Southern Floridabanc Federal Savings and Loan Association, Financial Security Federal Savings and Loan Associa­tion, Twin City Savings Bank, F.S.B., Freedom Federal Savings and Loan Association and Investors Federal Savings Bank.

Governmental Agencies and Entities. In addition to its representation of the FDIC and the RTC, the Firm has also served as counsel for Palm Beach County, Florida, the County Commissioners, the County Attorney's Office and various administrators in the County's Planning, Building and Zoning Department.  In addition, the Firm has represented the Boca Raton Airport Authority and certain Boca Raton council members in complex contract and zoning disputes with developers and in personal matters.
